CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-refundable bookings will be charged at the time of booking and cannot be refunded.

For flexible bookings, the room can be cancelled by 12 PM, 2 days before arrival.

In case of extraordinary events (concerts and fairs), holidays (New Year’s Eve, Ferragosto, Easter), and group bookings, cancellation without penalty is possible up to 7 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation, the entire stay will be charged.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax amounts to €3.00 per person per day (over 14 years old), for a maximum of 5 consecutive days.

CHILDREN CONDITION

Children under 3 years old stay for free when sleeping in the bed with their parents. There is a €5.00 per day supplement for a crib.

For children aged 3 to 10, there is a €15.00 per day supplement when staying on the sofa bed already present in the living room (or an additional bed).

For children aged 11 to 17, there is a €30.00 per day supplement when staying on the sofa bed already present in the living room (or an additional bed).
